Burger King - Cascade-Fairwood

Tried a whopper for the first time in years, still dry and cold like I remember ?

Stopped at BK after helping my wife find a new appliance at Target. At the intercom in the drive-thru, we ordered her usual #1 with cheese and heavy lettuce. I switched it up and had the original chicken sandwich with cheese. Everything was ok, my sandwich had a bit too much mayo to my liking but next I know how to prevent that. As we left, we noticed an order of fries was missing. So, I parked to go back inside. However, I noticed the cashier from the drive-thru window keeping track of our vehicle as he was bagging up the missing fires. We met at the door, and I thoroughly thanked him for his diligence. The service was really good. I hate I can not remember his name. But thank you!

Taking back my positive review, I just had the worst service ever. The lady in the front was rude and unprofessional not willing to help . They first didn’t find my order for a 5 minutes I been told that the order is not here but when the lady finally decided to check a bit she finally found it . But guess what they messed my order and it was wrong food , I asked to replace it but the same lady really didn’t wanted to help . Behind my back she was speaking bad about me with her coworkers in Spanish and I understand Spanish. I was shocked, asked for the manager to involved but he’s reaction was even worse, he literally do nothing he just decided that I want a refund which I never mentioned. I will never be back there , they have no idea what is a customer service is .

Dietary restrictions: I did not want tomato on my whopper jr! And there was tomato

The employee of this cafe hit my daughter with the door, my daughter started crying. I don't recommend this place, it's not safe.
