The young lady named Donna was absolutely delightful. I will definitely be coming back!

The two young staff members were doing their best under challenging circumstances. Unfortunately, they had to deal with a rude customer who rattled off two long lists of 5-6 toppings for each of her sandwiches. After receiving her order, she scolded them because her chicken wasn’t warm enough, yet she didn’t want it toasted. Throughout the encounter, she didn’t offer a smile and barely muttered a half-hearted thank you. Kudos to the two employees for handling the situation so well!

Lady help me carry myself out to my truck that was really nice of her. Even though i was calling Oinions Black Oinions???? But i met to say Black Olives instead ???? And i will order there again.

I used to manage the subway in Westport area of KC. Food appeared mostly fresh, staff were friendly. Sandwich crafting time is on point.

My daughter ordered from the app, and the food was ready in just a few minutes. The sandwiches were really delicious!
