I just gave a star so I can leave my review. If you pay $12 for a meal, you expect it to be edible and at least warm not cold!
These locations in customer service need training. I have placed an online order via the actual website. I did that after I left work, so it would be ready when I arrived. The facility at this point is terrible. The parking lot is next to the car thru, which is almost always wrapped around the building you lock in. So I'm going to pick up my order and it's not ready. I'll wait about 5 minutes and ask a man. She said my order was in the system because I did not “in” on the app. Okay. Then she says the shaker is down. Okay, I'm still waiting for my order and I thought 5 minutes. I'll wait 15 minutes later. I then see a young girl shaking on a table and not at the pick-up point. Then a young lady asked if I needed help? Yeah, I need my order. She says it's over there. I then said, “I wish someone had said something.” Their answer actually surprised me because the workers are usually quite nice. She says: “We actually have” in a smart tone! The place was so loud that there was a kind of manager thing and so many people just wait for their order. Some customers had to come back due to incorrect orders. Needless to say, our food was cold and my appetite was not existent after this ordeal. I will not return! Could also go to McDonald.
This is the first time that I have ever written a complaint about a facility I also work, and I sometimes understand that things can be overwhelmed, especially it was very crowded when I came in. But this is the most terrible experience I ever had in a Chick-fil-A. I was frustrated and annoyed as I was treated in this place. I hope management can read this and make some changes. I made a mobile order and came to wait for my food. After 20 minutes I wait for my food without anyone asking what I was waiting for while several ppl came and ordered personally and got their food first. When I asked one of the guys in the pink shirt about my order, he came up and manually into another order for me (and it came wrong), but let me wait for another 5 minutes. No one gave me an explanation of what happened to my order all the time. The staff worked very hard and I don't owe them, but it must be something wrong with the system that my order was not served after 20 minutes. I'm really disappointed with my experience in this place. You seem too busy taking care of you or your business here. Do not come to this place unless you need to wait or place your order
Always deliver with excellent customer service and expected product! Parking and car-thru lanes are a bit hard. I think this place is moving into the new location where we have a lot of parking and easy riders thru-Lanes. Child-friendly: There is a game area;
Good restaurant and staff, but You guys are losing out on a ton of business. The line always moves slow, you guys are always overcrowded and under staffed. It makes my experience unpleasantl
