This place is great. Super friendly bar staff. The service is a little slow, but it is worth it. If you have never had hot chicken before you should check this place. Get the offers with one side of honey. Enjoy any of the pages I tried there, especially the new brussel sprouts and green beans, yum!!!

I was just in Nashville and had hot chicken for the first time when I was there (Hattie B's). Anyway I got the tenders here and they were not as hot, but equally as savory. The red potato salad and Mac and cheese were also bomb. It was a lot of food, affordable, and I will definitely be eating here again.

This is the best hot chicken I've had outside of Nashville! It had the perfect amount of heat, crispy skin, and was absolutely delicious! You absolutely have to try their Brussels sprouts (trust me) and the spicy mac and cheese! The service was five stars, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!

I absolutely love Spike's Hot Chicken! I visit every other week. It's surprising to me that there aren't many Nashville-style hot chicken spots in the Triangle—or at least, I haven't come across them. The chicken here is fantastic; I believe they only use dark meat for their sandwiches, and all of the sides are quite tasty. The staff is always friendly, and the food comes out promptly. Do yourself a favor and check out this place! And be sure to visit Durham too!

The best hot chicken in town! The spice levels ramp up quickly, but every flavor—from mild to the hottest—are simply incredible. And let's talk about the sides: they're amazing! The spicy mac and cheese and roasted honey mustard Brussels sprouts are absolutely to die for.
