Silver Gates Cafe - Caroline

I live nearby, so I have eaten at this restaurant a few times. The food is always delicious and fresh. This week, I tried the Wor Won Ton soup and it was so good. It had lots of meats, vegetables, noodles, and a flavorful broth. I also tried another place in Sundre on my way home today and this restaurant is 1000% better. I highly recommend stopping here instead of in Sundre.

I ordered food that typically costs $60-$70 at other places, but my bill ended up being almost $100. The portions in the containers were only about 75% full. The food was just average tasting and I will not be returning. This was a delivery order.

This is a cozy restaurant with simple decor and welcoming service. The menu offers two Chinese and two Western dishes priced under $15. Reservations are recommended. The fresh and flavorful oriental vegetables are a highlight. Breakfast is available from 9 am to 11 pm. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The food here is good Chinese with a little west, but the place has expired and needs some DC.

We order Chinese food from here regularly it's the best! We live in Rocky but it's worth the drive to go get it! The only negative I would have is the actual establishment itself needs a serious upgrade even new flooring or a coat of paint would go a long ways! But the food is amazing!!
