Best customer service here. Not easy to find nowadays. Pony tail kid is super accommodating. Nice managers. Chill.

I’ve never had any problems with this location and went for the first time in a while and it was not good. The food was bland besides the overuse of salt. It was overly expensive for what you get. There were no clean tables and when we saw someone cleaning them, they just wiped the crumbs around on the table and left it. Will not be back.

Called the store 5 minutes after they closed because a wrong order was given. The manager told me to deal with it not to call back and abruptly hung up. After they gave me the wrong order, and they read the name and handed me the order. I Called back and they answered and said don’t call back and hung up again. The closing manager! Very poor management and rude. Didn’t say anything about I’m sorry or anything like that. Very poor leadership and will be the reason a store fails

Ordered nachos online, when I got home I discovered that they didn’t add any queso. Contacted Moe’s online and never received a response

I eat often at moes, not too often at this particular store but you have a guy that works at this location about 6 '2 long dark hair in a pony tail and glasses and clearly needs an attitude adjustment with his customers. I ordered a stack, wanted my queso on the side but I wanted the CUP of queso, not the smaller side of queso and I told him that and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn 't do that without an upcharge and I said that 's fine, just charge me for the queso to which he seemed irritated since I told him I wanted to upgrade to the bigger size and mumbled under his breath **** man . Like dude. It 's not that hard. I told you what I wanted. This doesn 't take rocket science to figure out. Charge me for the upgrade and move on. Because now you just got 1 star review because of your unprofessionalism. ?? didn 't know asking for a large size of queso was going to twist your arm.
