I have just been for fuel and coffee and was served by Katie. She has wonderful customer service skills and should be recognized for doing such a fabulous job with such a great attitude. Well done.

Their system is down every Tuesday night and and staff is too rude to even talk to.

Friendly staff. Good amenities. For the first time meeting a friendly staff in BP.

Today the bowser that I was filling up from stopped, and I was told that I'm not allowed to take the bowser hose to the other side of the car when I'm filling up as it's a fire hazard I've only been doing this for 50 years and often at BP stations. There is nothing written at the station and there is nothing on the BP website under safety saying that this is another police state rule. The next petrol station I moved onto said they were fine with the hose going to the other side. BP you won't be getting my patronage again. I was embarrassed to be treated this way.

Coffee burnt, no hazelnut syrup or sweetnwhen requested and paid for.
