This is a great place to stop in for a quick 'hand scooped' ice cream cone. There is always a large selection, the staff are great and they stock alot of novility items, 'hot susces' and cheeses as well. Easy in and out, especially if you are 'East bound' on the Trans Canada [#7 Hwy]

Visited here yesterday, to buy some local emu oil products, which I love. Then tasted the eggnog icecream: delicious! And bought 4 kinds of Ottawa valley fudge, some Balderson's cheddar, and some British Stilton Blue cheese. Had to get the hockey puck cheese for our goalie son and a jar of marmalade for us. Found a brush for cleaning window screens, and had some good conversation with the friendly lady. Will be back when the Marks and Spencer's puddings and Christmas cakes come in! The Cheddar stop is not a restaurant, but a delightful Aladdin's cave of gourmet treasures.

So many great things to say about this place.You can buy fresh cheese curds, and assorted cheeses.Awesome selection of ice-cream and frozen yogurt at great prices. (good size amounts)they sell local honeys, spices, bbq sauces. cook books so many great items.the staff is always there to help and are friendly. Look for the big pink cow outside and you will find the location, there is parking right out front.
