The Vietnamese restaurants and banh mi towns have emerged over British, while many of them have a Saigon-South Vietnamese vibe, there is a lack of hanoi North Vietnamese restaurants in British (and Australian) in all Australians who visit Vietnam, there is a gap in the market for bungalows and other North Vietnamese. little hanoi tries to fill this gap. a cozy restaurant in the holland park, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. the hate sat down my Hanoi sizes. also the spring rolls of the seafood hanoi made me happy. reasonably expensive. I'm back in a definitive way. more people should know about this place.
The staff here are really friendly and hospitable. nice menu with a range of vietnamese dishes at great prices. I went for the vegetarian noodle soup, spring rolls and banh mi. all were delicious. the drip vietnamese iced coffee is wonderful too. would definitely go back again.
Great food and fast and friendly service. We had the beef pho and rice vermicelli with crackling pork - both fresh and delicious. The homemade ice tea and the Vietnamese filter coffee were perfect additions. We were already planning our next meal there before we'd left the restaurant.
This small but comfortable cafe is a gem. We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner arriving at 6pm and were lucky to get a table as most were reserved. I chose Beef Bourguignon with steamed rice from the specials board – beautiful. My partner chose “Bun Cha” and our friend chose the “Hanoi fish”. We all shared 2 entrees and brought along our own bottle of wine. The food here is very fresh and not expensive. There is seating for 3-5 people outside with breezes and some traffic noise. We live nearby so we will definitely visit this place again to try other dishes.
