The pizza was excellent. However, it was a bit chilly sitting there while having lunch. The woman preparing the food was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the man at the register was not as pleasant.
I traveled a long distance to visit this restaurant, and I'm so glad I did! The pizza was fantastic, and the cheese sticks were amazing! Thank you for staying open late—I will definitely be back soon!
I was really hungry, so perhaps my expectations were too high. Unfortunately, there was no flavor in the food.
When customers wait an hour and a half for their food, it should arrive hot and fresh, not almost cold as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Additionally, when customers call respectfully to inquire about the food they have paid for, there’s no need to be rude; that’s simply poor customer service. Also, don’t assume that everyone is familiar with your menu. If you don’t ask whether customers want the usual toppings on a sub—especially if your restaurant charges extra for them—how are they supposed to know that they don't automatically come included?
