Cw's Custom Smoke - Carbon

We've had BBQ from there many times, it's always good!

I am pleased to support CW's Custom Smoke as a small company. We drove from Fort Worth to Carbon after we had heard about CW's and had seen their menus and reviews on Facebook. We tried the ribs (mirror smoke, fall from the bone and tasty), brisket (the perfect Texas treats) and the thick cut pork soup (both you had this on the menu, smoked and still tender and juicy). We had all sides and banana pudding. I highly recommend eating. I also recommend hospitality. There are few things like going to a place that treats you like an estimated customer. It is enough that you want to come back and bring your friends, because you immediately know that you are among friends when you go to CW's Custom Smoke. Please go and support small businesses, even if it means driving for a bit, you will not regret it. We'll be back.

I rarely like BBQ, but this is a place I will always choose!! I love everything I eat! The service is also great! We are so happy that CW Carbon has chosen Texas as her home. You can go wrong with nothing on your menu. Great people, great food and great service! Make sure you get some Jalapeno peppers. You're my favorite, along with the bacon potato wedges!
