Lumberjack's And Grill

Did not have a great experience. We were the only table and it still took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Ordered a draft beer and saw them pour it from a can. Other beer was out so they brought a different one. Two wing orders were messed up and mixed together so we didn’t know which flavor you’d get until biting into it. Only thing that was decent was the Lumberjack poutine.

Ordered food through Uber. AFTER hitting send, I was told it would be an hour. Immediately canceled my order and the was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund as the order was accepted. So then i requested the food be sent to me. I was denied that also. Does someone want to tell me why when canceled an HOUR before the food is scheduled to be delivered is still denied a refund OR the food. Shady much? How about being honourable?

Ordered 2 orders of chicken wings and only received 1 of them which were soggy. Also received an order of hummus and pita that I didn’t even order and the hummus was clumpy and looked like peanut butter (added photos for reference)

Went in the service was top notch, food came in fast and the portions were HUGE. Not always full very underrated.

Lumberjacks is me and my boys go to bar! Have had so many great experiences there, and highly recommend anyone wondering what bar to go to, to go to lumberjacks. Bartenders Cam and Josh are possibly the best I’ve ever seen at the position. All I can say in summary is bring a little bit of extra cash for a generous tip, because they deserve it!!
