Great meals fantastic atmosphere. Going back in time to what a pub wasWell done crew.

Because for the Mother's Day to find the kitchen was closed, had a game or two of pool, sat outside in the sun. I found it clean.

I came from bunbury to treat myself tonight in capel for dinner, I was a first time an expert. the ladies at the bar were friendly, but the dame that took the menu orders had no idea what she sold, nor the quality claimed, she did not try. it took 25 minutes until my carving came out. my dinner was not pleasant. the carving was overboiled and the sauce exaggerated. the chips after the menu, should be hand cut, but they were bought and much worse, they were soggy and bland. the salate was also dirty. when it came to my dessert, sticky date pudding and a serving of ice cream, I was very disappointed! I received a dried muffin with ice cream. Even if I sat there, taking up the liquid while I had eaten my dinner, I could not cut my spoon down yet, I had to use a knife. the soft interior was like a rubber sponge. when I showed the personal, there was no apology, yet no confirmation that this was not possible. she offered to get the chef to have a look like humiliating and confrontation, not thank you for me. I left and never intend.

A typical country pub. Friendly staff and a nice beer garden. The only downside is the traffic is very loud outside.
