Paul and his staff are exceptionally professional, and the food is fantastic—some of the best grilled dishes in all of Texas. Be sure to try the corn, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. The brisket is everything brisket should be, and I really enjoy the barbecue sauce as well. I highly recommend dining at this establishment!

Paul is a remarkable person who goes above and beyond to support veterans at the ReForged Blacksmith Shop. He takes the time from his busy schedule to connect with fellow veterans and first responders, serving them some of the best BBQ you can find in San Antonio. I'm grateful to have met him and to have had the pleasure of enjoying his food. It is delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The ribs are perfectly seasoned and moist with just the right amount of kick! The BBQ beef slices are spot on, featuring a generous smoke ring, a great crust, and not too fatty. The sauce has just the right flavor as well. I give them a thumbs up!
