Suite Six Venue - Canton

As a long-time regular customer and speaking for other regulars who have visited this establishment, I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. Over the past few months, I had noticed a decline in the quality of the food and inconsistent menu offerings due to poor planning. Additionally, I was served warm beer and even found a beard hair in my food. When I approached the management about these issues, they seemed unconcerned and dismissive of my feedback. It became clear that the priority of the business was not the satisfaction of regular customers like myself, but rather attracting new customers. Despite expressing my concerns, I was met with a lack of empathy and was essentially told to take my business elsewhere. This attitude was further confirmed when other patrons in the restaurant also voiced their displeasure with the management. It was disappointing to see that the staff did not take any steps to address the concerns raised by customers. I am now considering my options, especially since there are other options nearby that offer better service and value for regular customers like myself. A look at other reviews online confirmed that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience at this restaurant. It's clear that there are better options available, including one located conveniently nearby with better prices and quality of food and drink.

The bar transitioned from a lively atmosphere to a Taco Max vibe. The local bar should aim to outshine the corporate bar and receive strong support from their loyal customers.

We stopped by Suite Six for dinner after our son's rehearsal and we were very pleased with the experience. The shrimp shooters, prime rib, and Louisiana penne pasta with shrimp were all delicious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a lovely evening.

My wife coordinated her high school (etowah high) class of 2001 20 years back watch with this place, and it turned our fantastic! the staff was super friendly and made it a point to let us know that they were there to serve us so that we could relax and enjoy our evening. we recommend this venue for your next banquet or party!

This is a great venue! We had my 37th birthday party here and everyone had a blast! We were able to hire a band to come play and the staff was incredible and accommodating. All of our guests were taken care of and the food/drinks were great as well. Now we're just trying to figure out what to plan there next!
