Gyu Kaku Canoga Park, Ca Topanga Canyon

The hosts could use some training on how to better manage guest interactions. The young man we encountered was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, there seemed to be confusion regarding who was in charge of which area, resulting in us sitting there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. Eventually, someone came over and said a few words. While the food arrived quickly, the poor service left a bad impression, and I’m afraid I likely won’t be coming back.

The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding! We have a fantastic experience every time we visit this Gyu Kaku.

I have a great appreciation for Gyu Kaku. Both the food and service are excellent. I will definitely return.

Everything was delicious and the server was quick and efficient until another server took over and there was a delay on refill on water and other food items. Overall very please with my experience.

Absolone was amazing! Incredible service. He was patient with my children and attentive.
