Reading other people's reviews, I didn't experience any issues. Only a sense of nervousness from my server. Coffee ? was good, though my server seemed surprised I asked for decaf. Munchkins were, well, Dunkin's. You can use iPay/Android pay forpurchase. Drive thru available. Update: Sunday morning ????, October 2022; Good service! Very friendly conversation and a shortwait even with a long line of cars. Unable to take mobile orders.

Update to review....this place has done a 360. The new staff are well trained and service is much better than before. The drive through can still have delays but most days it moves. I am happy with the improvement of service. Old Review: I wish that Icould give a NEGATIVE Star report. This used to be a great place but over the last few weeks it has gone down hill. You sit indrive thru for over 15 minutes (you can't leave the drive thru because of the way the drive thru is set up) Customer Service ishorrible. My order has been wrong several times a week or cold food. Not a good place to go. Drive the extra miles to anotherone and avoid this place.

The people working here are incredibly rude, multiple times did she raise her voice at us when we were ordering. When we got to the window they made us order again. They did not specify our drinks at all. Sandra however who was at the window was incrediblynice and very kind. I would only go again if Sandra was taking my order.

On top of the slow service, they couldn't even be bothered to put the butter on the bagel. They gave me cold hard butter on the side, which of course, is not easily spread on a bagel. I won't be back to this Dunkin.

I feel at 15 an hour employees need to pay attention, 7. for 6 donuts is not worth the frustration! Can't even get simple order straight! 2 chocolate cake with sprinkles, and 4 raised chocolate frosted, in box 4 cake, 2 raise 2raised with sprinkle.
