We went here today to grab something for lunch but we experience the worst customer experience ever. Most of their menu items were not even ready yet at around 12:30nn and when the guy who were serving us asked the asian lady at the back for something to substitute with what isn’t available, she just shouted at him saying “I am busy! Whatever is in front is what we just have!”(1 How can someone fail to organize everything in the morning when the store opens at 8am and then give attitude to their people when they were just asking for a little help?? (Surely there’s a better way to tell things than just shouting and being rude. Having the unfortunate situation, we just opted to get something else but when I asked “what do you guys have that’s available right now” the other asian guy just butted in and said “whatever is in the menu”. (Now tell me this is making any sense???(1 . I am working in customer service and this is not the level of interaction am I expecting especially when we were just accepting “whatever they just have in front”. I am 100% sure that the lady at the back couldn’t manage pretty well. She needs to get into her attitude and stop being rude to her workers. Normally, I would just leave store and not give a bad review but this is unacceptable. I feel bad for the guy who got shouted at because while he was preparing my sandwich I can see that his hands were shaking. The amount of stress he got from having his customers hear the interaction with his manager is too much. EVERYONE, SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THIS LOCATION. Id rather go to a different branch than receiving a bad customer service. Not to mention, they just put as little ingredient as possible. Lol Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
