Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered from this restaurant last Saturday through Uber Eats. I ordered the 15-wing meal but they only gave me 13 wings. While it may only be 2 missing, wings are not cheap.
The food and service at this restaurant have improved since new staff started on October 20th, 2022.
I don't understand why people like this place. The chicken was terrible and tasted dry, and the cheese fries were made with fake cheese, which was a big disappointment. The food took a long time to prepare. However, the staff member was very friendly.
I wait there for 35mins in this time I've seen 2 door dashers pick up their food after waiting 15 20mins, some customers getting their order quickly but then complaining about something or other wrong with the order Never mind the fact that therewere only 2 other dine in customers waiting and myself for a takeout order And before opening these reviews I saw one of thestaff members eating the fries off the cooker I have not been to a wingstop, in person, in years BUT this is not at all howI remember this place My drinks are pretty much watered down at this point, goodness gracious Oh and they couldn't give meexact change so I forfeited a dollar and some change which is fine but I imagine folks counting their pennies wouldn'tappreciate it. And their receipt printer was out of ink they thought they just needed to replace the paper... again, I canunderstand BUT shouldn't the manager at least know that much They were apologetic for the time but I can only imagine if it hadbeen someone more confrontational/aggressive/argumentative
I ordered original hot and mango habanero and they gave me mango habanero and then just wings with no sauce on them. they messed up my online order. then i got also cajun and they gave me a completely different flavor like cmon man get it together worstexperience ive had with wingstop
