Beto's Corner - Camp Verde

This restaurant has the best food in town, and I go there as often as possible! It's great and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

We were leaving Montezuma 's Castle and asked a Nat 'l Park Employee for a food recommendation and, in an unofficial capacity, he told us about Beto 's Corner. The best, most authentic Mexican food I 've ever had, and what a great host! Beto himself came to our table and told us about the restaurant 's start as a road-side food stand and how he built the restaurant section by section. Unfortunately his lime tequila chicken recipe is a secret (as is his salsa... he makes it himself so that not even his cook knows it! . Atmosphere is very simple and plain (other than Beto 's original artwork , but the host and his food are incredible. If you 're visiting Montezuma 's Castle, it 's worth the 5 minute drive to Beto 's Corner.

This little restaurant sits in the middle of beautiful nowhere, and the food is entirely authentically delicious!!! Wait staff very pleasant.

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had. They don’t have servers but they do bring the food to you and you will not be sorry for stopping in because the prices cannot be beat for the amount of quality food you get.
