I have came to this location 3 days now. I will not return! The food was hot but the staff customer service is nasty! They don't great you in a pleasant way. They get very ugly when asking a question. Yes, you will have my business!
These people are ALWAYS rude, ALWAYS ALWAYS. It's not worth coming here to be brushed off and given an ugly attitude.
My recent visit to Wendy's left me disappointed yet again. Despite being a repeat customer, I encountered yet another issue during my most recent trip a couple of days ago. This time, I was surprised to find out that refills on tea and soda were not allowed. What was even more disheartening was witnessing the manager's response to the cashier who attempted to accommodate us. Instead of providing constructive feedback or assistance, the manager reprimanded the cashier in front of customers, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. It's evident that Wendy's needs to focus on improving employee training and fostering a supportive work environment. Such instances only fuel turnover rates, ultimately affecting customer satisfaction. Hopefully, Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to provide a better experience for both customers and employees alike.
Wife just went through the drive through and they forgot my son's nuggets for his kids meal. This has happened before to us. Maybe pay attention to what you are doing and ensuring customers get the correct food
