Domino's Pizza - Cambridge

My Husband and I ordered a large thin crust pizza, black olive roasted paprika mushrooms as the peat. We put a crushed red pepper and swallowed the whole pizza between us. It was so good, we ordered another, just the same! Excellent service, excellent pizza

While we recently stayed at Holiday Inn Cambridge, we decided to take a night. We could literally go to this Domino's location, so we thought we would try it....bad mistake! We ordered 2 large Canadian pizzas and chicken wings (regular and boneless). Let's start with the pizza. The dough was tasteless and remembers frozen pizza. The toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms and bacon) were tender and the bacon bits were soft and chewing. Most pizzerias now offer bacon strips....NOT Domino 's! Expediently we ordered the chicken wings with sauce on the side, hoping they would be crispy. Again wrong. They were wrapped in film that kept them hot, but they were soft and not crunchy at all. Next time we try Gino's pizza around the corner and stay far away from Domino 's.

When I think of Domino's first thing that comes into mind, that's the smashed bacon. This is the first place I found it was like that. It's easy, I think. Pizza's not bad. Since I've been here, it'll try again sometime.

Eating is always good when Doug works! Deliveries are very fast. I loved her pineapples and bacon with cheese mix! Yummy Yummy in my stomach!

Domino's is your typical pizza place and nothing in particular sets this location's food apart from any other pizza place but I would like to commend them on excellent customer service. My wife and I order from this location once every few months, semi-regularly, and when one particular order came with two mistakes I submitted an e-mail through Domino's website to provide them with some feedback. After not hearing back for a couple of months I e-mailed again and, this time, received a response immediately from the franchise manager. Within an hour, literally, he had a free pizza coupon DELIVERED TO MY DOOR to make up for the earlier order mistakes and to apologize for missing my original feedback e-mail. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed with the lengths he went to and we've since then frequented this Domino's several times.
