Golden Crown Chinese Takeaway

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious and served hot. The prices were fair. I have visited multiple times since. I highly recommend trying it out, as they are very good and a local favorite.

Good service, food not so good salt and pepper ribs not as described instead of small pieces we got these large ribs that were more fat than meat, no heat either, Singapore noodles again no heat very little meat and prawns also very oily, we used use these guys regularly can't believe how poor the usually great food was, will thing twice before using again.

I was staying at a hotel during the pandemic and there weren't many dining options available. I decided to order a takeaway for delivery and requested that they notify the hotel reception to call my room number since there was no phone reception. They followed through with my request, and to my delight, the food arrived hot and tasty. The delivery person was also wearing a mask, which was reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.

Tried this takeaway for the first time. Very pleased with the food, nice and tasty and good quantity. Friendly staff. Premises appeared clean and tidy. Walked there, so can't comment on delivery service. Will definitely visit again.

Disgusted at the way I was spoke to on the phone. Tried to resolve a problem where they forgot something we ordered but all I got was someone shouting abuse at me, telling me I lied about the order when I had proof and not taking in any consideration of what I was saying and ended the call with a “I don’t care if you don’t come back”. Absolutely horrified at this company. I will never tolerate this customer service ever again. Terrible service.
