Went here today for a nice dinner. The place isn't that catchy. We had to wait till we got our tables even though there were few empty tables. Its a busy place though. We had the deep fried chicken wantons. It was crispy but had very little filling. And then we had the ginger beef, spicy chicken wings and chicken fried rice. The serving proportions are large. The food was absolutely delicious.
I have gone here many times over the years. the service is typical fob Chinese fair. They try and be polite but much of their attitude may be lost in translation. i really only go there for 2 dishes vege ball manchurian (or hakka style) and noodles. usually if i go alone i only order vege ball manchurian and am not able to finish beyond 75%. and the food is really good. and they take a bit of time to serve so the stuff is being made. plus the servings are each made for 2 people. so unless i have more than 2 people plus me i cant order more than 2 dishes.<br/ <br/ but food is really good plus is halal.
I love the lollypop chicken, Manchurian and Thai soup, Manchurian noodles and fried rice. The place is nestled in the heart of NE across T&T. It is priced very good for the serving. I usually have take out and it is enough food for my wife and me for two to three meals.
