Starbucks - Calgary

Excellent service today! depending on the employees. the product is good! washrooms are clean. tables and floors are clean.

I am a Starbucks girl. My fave location is the heritage meadow one. I ordered drinks wrong few times and they always offer to make it for me. Example: I ordered Frappuccino thru the app and I meant to order hot coffee... I would be like oh... I ordered frap? The barrista will say yah... did you want hot coffee? I will say shyly ... yah I ordered wrong. They would offer to make a hot one instead...other locations...nope! Like when it was -27c I mistakenly ordered a Frappuccino I had same reaction... the barrista was like yap that's what you ordered...so I just sucked it up and took it. The canyon meadow location go above and beyond. So whenever I'm in that neck of the woods...I always go there.

Unacceptably slow even for a Sunday afternoon. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order, by the time I got my frappuccino it was half melted. Will not be returning to this location again.

All workers in this situation are friendly, but the man on the drive thru name mark is super polite and beautiful also has a deep and beautiful vote .immer make my day and make me feel good on the coffee.
