Stopped in to grab some steaks for a BBQ with some good friends. Alex in the meat department was helpful, informative and took the extra effort to help me with my needs. All the folks at the party loved the steaks and I am very grateful. The rest of the store was well organized and the staff all helpful.
Clean and just update the store. New signage brings more light in the shopping complex, which is needed. The store is clean and staff are working to fill the shelves regularly. Large parking spaces are easier for larger vehicles.
Found bugs in box of cereal. Brought it back there, showed them the unopened plastic bag inside with these weird bugs. All they did was tell me to go get another box myself in exchange, that's it. After I was so disgusted by it already, the drive, the gas, the time, the horrible everlasting memory of it... then not even send one of the many people standing there to go change it out. I try never to shop there, but of course, once and a while, I will. On another occasion had some really poor quality and same poor service getting some fruit.
Great deal on lean ground beef last Saturday. Superb customer service in the dairy department. Very tall, sturdy man went above and beyond trying to help me find Velveeta cheese slices. He even asked two other staff to assist! Sadly, none available. Cashier was the opposite, didn't offer to help bag my groceries, and seemed disinterested in customer service.
