Modern Steak has officially become my favorite steak restaurant in Calgary. I ordered the exclusive Modern Ribeye, and it's hands down the best steak I've ever had! I've dined at places like Vintage, Caesars Steakhouse, and Saltlik, but Modern has taken the top spot for me. This is a must-visit steakhouse! The appetizers were also outstanding. We tried the Beef Carpaccio and the Warm Crab in a Jar, both recommended by Nick, and they did not disappoint. The Beef Carpaccio was my personal favorite. This restaurant deserves a perfect 5/5 rating. If you haven't yet experienced Modern Steak, I highly recommend making it your next dining destination. You won't be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely friendly, and our server was very attentive, providing helpful explanations of the menu. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. We visited to celebrate our 22nd anniversary, and they surprised us with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. It was definitely worth the money, and the steaks were the best I've ever had in Calgary. I will definitely be returning!

The service was excellent, and there was a wide variety of steak options available. The side dishes are meant for sharing. Like most steakhouses in Calgary, it tends to be on the pricier side.
