We were wonderfully surprised on our last trip....place is totally renovated (just a lovely job) and a coffee bar has been added. Both timers we visited, the barista was kept busy so this was probably a good decision. They still have the Italian hot deli selections, lasagna, sausage, breaded veal, etc...try the veal on a bun with toppings, fried onions, peppers, mushrooms.....to die for! and a huge portion. The selection of individual desserts is huge...and melt in your mouth good. There is also an Italian gentleman, father of the owner, who makes the most wonderful sandwiches in front of the pizza oven. I'm so sorry we don't live closer to this establishment...but it's good enough to influence a decision to go to Collingwood more often just so we can stop here....a win win situation.
Dropped by for a quick lunch and decided to do a veggie pizza slice as a take out meal. For a new bakery and eatery this place appears to be popular with the locals. Lot's of spaces to sit down to eat besides having a big parking lot. Good selection of food that has been freshly made. Customer service was good as they were friendly and quick to take ones order. Should do well in the near future based on my experience here today. Eatery is even popular with the local OPP.
Four Corners Bakery opened just a couple weeks ago and the food has been consistently great. Fresh baked Danishes, croissants, cinnamon buns and much more, hot out of the oven each morning. They offer a regular breakfast menu with eggs, omelettes, pancakes and waffles. But they are primarily an Italian hot table and pizza restaurant. The hot table include chicken parmesan, rice balls, tortellini, lasagne, and more with sides of roast potatoes, grilled peppers and vegetables. All fresh and tasty. They offer a range of sandwiches and salads to eat in or takeout. They make a great pizza in personal, large or party size, but you can also get it by the slice at the hot table. They blend their own coffee beans for a really good cup of coffee and make the best cappuccino in Caledon East. There are wonderful Italian pastries and even fresh made gelato. You’ll find something you like in each visit.
Absolutely fantastic! This place is on par with Patisserie 27 in west Toronto. The chocolate hazelnut croissant was exceptional.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! It reminds me of Delysees in Toronto, but with more reasonable prices :) I highly recommend the dark chocolate mousse, I rated it a 9 out of 10. And the pecan butter tart was amazing, I gave it a perfect 10 out of 10. They also offer a wide variety of options on their menu.
