As a Qdoba fan I can't rate this restaurant very high. I tried a few different menu items such as the fajita burrito, quesadilla and an appetizer of cheese sticks. The cheese sticks tasted like they were purchased from Walmart and just warmed up. The fajita burrito which had strips of steak was mostly peppers. Maybe 20% meat or less and very messy and not very enjoyable with the side of beans and rice they provide. The cheese sauce is similar to water. For the quesadilla it wasn't cut into sliced and was harder to eat. This was enjoyable with the steak and cheese sauce but not very memorable.

Great food and service. The atmosphere is strictly strip mall casual, but the food was plentiful, fast, and delicious. My husband had the Little Mexico Burrito (basically a wet Burrito), and I had the Little Mexico enchilada plate. Three (chicken, cheese, and shredded pork). They were more than I could eat, and we both brought home leftovers. There is another newer larger location but this one was convenient to our shopping.
