Horrible meal we have ever experienced, chips were disgusting tasted old and Horrible horrible taste, 2 burgers both patties were burnt and the buns, just a Horrible taste, piece of fish was burnt and Horrible taste as well, there was nothing nice about it, $41.50 in the bin cause thats where the food ended. To the Manager/Owner you obviously dont care what people are saying about your food, i have just read so many bad reviews about your food and you are obviously not doing anything to change it. Definitely wont be back and will let people know how bad your food is.

Tried ringing this place for 20 minutes to make an order but they refuse to answer the phone. Then when i got there i stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged from the owner who was on his way out the front of the shop, wasnt happy that he had to walk back inside to get the young fella from out back to.come serve me. The whole time the phone was ringing and they refused to answer it. The young fella is handling food and cooking with no hair net yet he has a head full of curly black hair. Pretty disgusting service, how is this store staying operational

Will never return here! Food was burnt. Steaks on burgers were smaller than the palm of my hand. Custom service was terrible, owner was rude and made comments to staff about charging me more for my order (thought he was funny). Prices on website do not match instore, I raised this to owner and he laughed and said they haven't gotten around to that yet. Do not recommend.

I have just ordered via uber eats and my order was wrong. I ordered grilled fish, which costs extra, and was sent crumbed. I asked for chicken salt and lemon, neither were on order. When I called to discuss the lady who answered the phone literally laughed and told me to call uber eats for a refund. Very disappointing service and ruined dinner, which I was looking forward to. Will remember this and choose another fish n chips shop in the area.

What kind of experience we just had. we have fish and chips from here. we are not coming back. barramundi and a portion chips ordered. the barramundi, as they can see from the photos, was a chaos and not to mention it was raw. the portion size compared to the crumb barramundi was very different. the chips seemed as if they had just dipped into the oil. the owner has not even checked the foods that leave the place where he was too busy sitting outside. not a place I would recommend.
