Salt Burger Barbeque - Busselton

We bought some fish chips for lunch and ate it on the beach (only a few steps away). One part was enough for both of us because it had two big fish sheds. The price was reasonable (especially since we shared a part) and staff very friendly. Many locals seemed to buy their coffee here, so I would suspect that the coffee must also be good!

Great burgers and good choices, nice brioche buns too. I think they might have overdone the salt on the chips strangely enough.

Took away lunch to enjoy the jetty’s view at the coastal park. The pork ribs tasted great and the serving portion was good.

We waited about 35 minutes for our ice cream as they had actually forgotten about us and it wasn't even that busy. Once we did get it, the ice cream was watery, milky, and not at all creamy. The fish shaped waffles were burnt, which could be tasted while eating it with the ice cream. The iced coffee wasn't too bad, but wouldn't be worth visitibg just for it. Wouldn't revisit the place next time round.

Unexpected good value and great fish and chips! Located directly on the web, you think you will be a bit torn off, but a single fish and chips is filled between two people and it is cooked for perfection. The fish is golden and crispy without being too oily and the chips are amazing season. Nice to experience an unexpected treat!
