Malwa Kitchen Indian Restaurant

Went to this have to have an early dinner, we are interstate travelers. The restaurant opens, so they say, at 5pm. Arriving at around 5 mins past we found the place to be all locked up. I called their phone number and received no answer. I called and booked elsewhere. Just as we were leaving a car pulled up, out came an Indian man (who looked somewhat unwashed and as though he had just got our of bed) carrying a very young child, and his wife. They Opened the front door and shutters. Obviously this must have been the chef and his family arriving late. Not impressed! We kept on going and enjoyed a lovely meal elsewhere.

I wish i had a 0 to give it.i usually order indian from Jannat Indian down the road but decided to give this one a shot.Bought a chicken briyani.The chicken was stale and rice was like some fried rice.it was gross.Worst indian ever.You might as well drive the extra 2 min to go to Jannat Indian!????

Love curry and was very excited to try this place out. Very disappointed! Order was incorrect and food was average Ordered three curries- one hot, one medium and one mild and they all tasted mild. Was such a let down!

A hidden treasure. Such a lovely family run business. Butter naan and curries are fantastic!! Not normally a reviewer but this is worth the effort.

Doesn't look like much, but an absolute hidden gem. Brilliant authentic Indian. Make sure you try the "Malwa's Chicken Karahi". Very nice and accommodating owners. Nothing was too hard. A must if you don't mind going off the beaten track.
