Porterhouse Steaks And Seafood

Very quiet night we were there. After 7.30 we were the only 2 in the restaurant. The live band was pleasant . Not my kind of music. One member of the band spoke to us a couple of times.. not much else for them to do.

We went to the burr ridge location for dinner on Tuesday, Aug 15th. I made reservations online for 9:15pm. Drove 30 mins to get there only to find out they were closed. I called, no one answered the phones. Then, I checked the website which states their hours were until 10pm. I was very upset.

First, our table was not ready, we were told they were having trouble with getting open table reservation. Two tables were put together with a connector which created a uneven surface. Orders were brought out in pieces, steamed vegetables were hot but absolutely raw. Entree came then potatoes several minutes later then the vegetables. Wait staff was trying but very stressed. Steak was poor quality. Salmon and kids hamburger were over cooked. Waiter offered gratis desserts.

Great steaks .....prepared perfectly ........ loaded baked potato was a good compliment to steak...

At one time this steakhouse was excellent. However we were somewhat disappointed with our experience. The interior needs a good amount of updating as it is beginning to look shabby. The food was ok. My rib steak was very thin which was surprising. It tasted fine and was cooked as requested,but I just couldn't get over how thin it was. It service was fine.
