El Dorado Taqueria - Burnsville

The Fajita plate is fantastic. I've tried both the steak and chicken, and both were delicious. The fresh salsa bar was also excellent. The quality of a sit-down restaurant in less than 5 minutes.

I would give this restaurant five stars a million times over!!! The salsas are amazing, the meats are delicious and tender, and the family that owns it is incredibly kind. I always order the beef chimichanga and my fiancé loves the beef enchiladas. El Dorado is the main reason why we visit the Burnsville Center.

We only go to Burnsville Center now for one reason: the food is cooked to order. The restaurant offers authentic dishes and a wide range of options. They also have a variety of Jarritos flavors available. They are conscious of Covid-19, with masks and plastic barriers in place, and dining is allowed in the food court.
