On numerous occasions, I have observed (and photographed) unhygienic conditions that are completely unacceptable in any food and beverage setting. It appears that maintaining a clean environment is not a priority for this location, which is not only off-putting but also raises questions about food safety standards.Further exacerbating the situation is the fact that management allows homeless individuals to occupy the premises daily. While I empathize with the plight of the homeless, I believe it's the responsibility of the establishment to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all customers. It is simply unfair to the patrons who frequent this place for a quick meal or a peaceful coffee break.What disappoints me the most, however, is the attitude of the management of this location. Instead of addressing the issues raised and working to improve the situation, they have chosen to disregard the concerns of their customers. Even more shocking is their decision to ban individuals who have not only tried to help these homeless people but also brought the issues to the management's attention. Worse? When they ban people who are disabled and don't make any attempt to accommodate them.In essence, this Tim Hortons location is a grave disappointment, and has clearly strayed from the standards set by other Tim Hortons establishments.In light of these concerns, I strongly advise prospective customers to avoid this location.
This place is a de facto homeless shelter. At the corner of this coffee shop there is always a homeless woman that sits and dozes off. This isn't just an isolated incident either, and instead of dealing with the situation constructively the management of this location decided to ban someone who brought their concerns about it to their attention all for raising a genuine concern that is not only affecting the customer experience here but also highlighting a very real social issue that needs addressing.
Saturday, 6 or 7 people on, one till open, 10 people in line behind me, been waiting nearly 18 minutes to order get an ice capp. Several orders infrint of me missing items, other confusions with two other customers, dude currently arguing his steeped tea was missing, also now saying his sandwhich was missed so this is now his third attempt at getting what he ordered. Still waiting on my ice cap. 10 orders in progress, 3 now serving. Severely understaffed.
Kept blatantly lying to customers about the washroom “under cleaning” just to prevent them from using it. (They have also hid my previous comment on the same issue)
Even when the store isn’t busy I have to wait for a long time. My order is always the same but everytime I get a different taste which isn’t even good!
