We’ve going to one of our favorite hotpot places often since it opened and its service still amazes me in a way.. There was an incident happened on Mother’s Day dine out that we joined waitlist on Yelp around 5pm and it showed to check in with restaurant at 7:50pm. We decided to head over there earlier (luckily we made the right decision) so we got to Station Square just past 7pm. I missed a call due to bad reception at underground parking at around 7:05pm and got a text from Dolar saying table is ready and we have 15mins to get there at 7:08pm while Yelp still showed check in at 7:50pm lol We ran to the restaurant and got there within 5mins and was told that because we didn’t pick up the call so table was given to next guest?? It’s not the first time but we just decided to stay and waitfor another 40 mins or so to get next table? It was kinda messed up so we expressed the concern to manager, Debbie who handled the situation professionally which was rare in the food industry these days that often they just didn’t care. We were happy to spend Mother’s Day dinner there with their service and food quality was awesome as usual! Top notch service and we appreciate that
