Haha I had to give it a try as I am Korean and I love Korean fried chicken. I ordered original fried chicken and when I got home I was very surprised by the portion first. It was a lot if chicken. Almost double the amount of any other places. The taste was really good like what I get from Korea. It is mild seasoned original fried chicken, so my kids just loved it. It was not greasy at all and I can tell they use fresh oil when they fry it. I'd love to try other flavours and their burgers also next time. :
A must retry! New management and menu. Now a Korean chicken shop. Staff are very friendly too. I very much enjoyed the soy garlic chicken. I learned about the new changes from a friend and so glad I gave it a try again. Excellent job on friendly service and fabulous food!
Ordered poutine on Ubereats as part of a lunch order: : They packaged the gravy in a separate container from the fries. More places need to do this. : They appeared to use shredded mozzarella instead of cheese curds. Tasted fine, but that is not poutine. Also had a completely adequate burger that was a step above a typical diner in quality. I would order from them again!
Perfect spot to go when you can't choose between Burgers or Korean food. I've heard of Norland Grill through local Korean papers and their ad got me curious if this place was good or not; this place was great. Decor was clean. I think this restaurant was family owned where the mom worked at the kitchen and the son was busy working as a server. There was only 3 or 4 tables available to use if you would dine-in(for social distancing purpose) . We luckily found 1 table for 2 of us after waiting for an empty table. Take out is recommended. Burgers and Onion Rings were pretty good. Cheese burger came out fresh it was delicious. Lettuce and tomato were fresh in a thin bun. Crispy Chicken Burger was tasty too. It looked similar to Zinger Burger in Wendy's burger bun. Loved the food here! Even the lady talked to us in Korean asking how we were doing. That was nice of her. I was fascinated by cute tea cups in the restaurant. They looked so pretty. Service was attentive. Menu had it's variety from sandwich, burgers, rice and noodles. Not sure what to get next time, but I'm willing to try other items on the menu. Highly recommend this place!
Friendly and fast service. Great simple breakfast selections. Always consistent quality.
