Mcdonald's - Burnaby

The food is good on some days, but the service is terrible. There are 12-year-olds with no experience in the kitchen, making me wait for 17 minutes for a single Big Mac while 20 other people receive their 3 10-piece McNugget meals. It's unbelievable.

For the past five years, this McDonald's in Coquitlam has remained the worst in town. My experiences here are consistently negative, whether I'm just picking up a drink or a snack from the drive-thru. The bathrooms are dirty and unpleasant. I now avoid this McDonald's altogether and opt to visit the one near Ikea instead.

Only ever used drive thru here so can’t rate atmosphere but the service of one particular employee gives this place a big ding. I go there regularly on weekends on my way to racing and I’ve gotten her multiple times and she is consistently either rude or just does not engage with you and sticks the debit machine out the window without even looking at you. I get that in service you deal with some tough customers sometimes and not everyone has good days all the time but this girl just seems like she has a problem with the world.

The Macdonald says it is 24 hours open it is not. Only drive thru is 24 hours they should change the wrong information on the google

Don't go to this Mcdonalds.Staff were goofing around, assistant manager not doing anything about it.Cashier didn't know how to give change back.My food was cold. Sent my fries back, was told they would make new ones.After 5 min went up to get them and they hadn't even cooked them yet.Then waited 3 min and they brought them to my table and they were cold again. What happened to customer service.Also the assistant manager was picking at something behind her ear and then wiped it with a napkin....then used the cash machine....didn't wash her hand.Never coming back here again.
