11/16 at around 9:30amThe pink-haired woman behind the counter provided unacceptable service. I ordered a cinnamon bagel and two London Fogs, and she said she couldn 't make them because it is a pain in the butt, exactly as she put it. She continued by saying that even though she was preparing the drinks for me, I hadn 't donated something... I have donated my fair bit to the Smile Cookie charity as I frequent Tim Hortons like many others, so this commentary is disappointing. When all I wanted was a cup of tea, I felt like a bother instead.
The storefront lady told me that they can't replace the sandwich that were made wrong. What kind of disgusting service is this. Is this your customer care?

Honestly I used to love going there but I seen them always wearing the same gloves touching machines and the food and and it’s disgusting and they don’t serve breakfast apparently at 4:30
