Waiting for almost 20 mins for a mobile order. One employee, an old lady, is laughing at the customer's taste while she is looking at the label during her preparation. Very rude place!
I have been to hundreds of Starbucks around the world and lucky me, I get to have the worst one within steps from my home. Always, and I mean ALWAYS, excruciatingly slow service, no matter who the server. Servers are more interested in gabbing to each other than focussing on their job. Walk-ins are treated second class to drive through customers. Two patio umbrellas for six tables on a hot and sunny 35 degree C afternoon. I mean, can you even pretend to care about your customers?
Went through the drive thru to pick up a drink and two employees were arguing with each other with rude comments in front of customers. Very unprofessional and did not feel safe.
Service was great, you could tell folks are treated well because they were genuinely pleasant. I was really surprised by the cleanliness of the outdoor tables! I rarely sit outside because restaurants usually neglect their tables, but it was a gorgeous day and the tables were legitimately spotless.
