Pür Simple - Burlington

A good find for your brunch . The food was good, the kids menu is very appropriate size as well. They were flexible with the menu. There are very less tea options so it’s a bit of challenge for non-coffee people. Also I ordered the fried French toast as the server’s suggestion which was a bit too much oily, I would have enjoyed the plain French toast as I had originally planned. Good experience overalll..

Food is good and nice place. Service and speed can be inconsistent. I can get breakfast withinb10 minutes of ordering at every place I go other than here.I am just as happy going to Cora or Stacked.......the food is comparable and service tends to be better at those places, though Pur and Simple is still a good choice if you have time and maybe are bringing your mom or a date for a little nicer ambiance.

I decided today that I wanted to venture out for breakfast and chose Pur Simple Burlington. The vibe is ALWAYS energetic and kind with a side of levity and fun! Today was no different. The team of servers Jessica, prep staff, smoothie bartenders and the manager, Kristy, were just as I expected WONDERFUL! The place is ALWAYS hopping and yet you never feel like you are waiting or not being tended to. Whoever runs the franchise has set their staff up for success and customers for FULL bellies and satisfaction! Thanks to the team for making my solo adventure worth the while! Yummy Yummy

Food is good, well portioned and service pleasant but we don't like the hidden fees the waitress offered to swap one of my sides but did not explain there would be a $4 upcharge from fries to fruit. This has happened before with a different scenario previously.As a reply to the owner: it is most definitely NOT listed on every page clearly are you expecting customers to read the entire menu? I ordered from the sandwich section and it says it comes with home fries. I had closed the menu and asked for a substitution and that is absolutely the responsibility of the waitress. I'm pretty disappointed by your reply.

Absolutely phenomenal experience here today with my husband and in-laws. Our waitress was so, so friendly and attentive but not to the point of being annoying, the food was absolutely delicious, and we were in and out in under an hour. My only real complaint is that the potatoes were as crispy as I’ve had at other Pur and Simple locations but they were still so nice. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town :
