Montfort Burloak - Burlington

I had heard about Montfort for many years but tried them for dinner - Brant street location - last week. Ordered hummus to start and then the chicken salad.OUTSTANDING MEAL.It's a small seating area. Arrive early if you want a booth. Good service. The food was made fresh which you need to wait for.The music changed at approx 6:30 to what I would describe as "bar music" which changed the atmosphere. I wasn't a fan but we were almost done by then.The price is worth it, but it's not a 'cheap' meal. We'll be back.

Had lunch here today and I'm glad I arrived 10 minutes before noon. The restaurant isn't very large and the entire place filled up by 12:15.My wife and I both ordered the chicken shawarma on a pita, and I had a side soup whereas she upgraded the salad to a tabouli salad. The pita that the sandwiches came with were smaller than the ones I've had at other restaurants, but the chicken they put in were at least twice the amount that other places give you. The chicken was well seasoned, moist and very tasty. Shawarma sandwich and soup/regular salad was $11.99I saw other patrons order the "plates" and they were massive which I will definitely come back and try with my family.Don't know why we've not been here before as I've seen the chain of restaurants in the area for years, but certainly glad I finally tried their food.

Shared the family platter. Came with souvlaki, Montfort chicken, potatoes, rice. Very generous portions. They don't have pizza but they have everything else

Montforts is pretty consistently great food and this location has nice people working there. The food is tasty and reasonably priced - from falafel, shawarma, tabouleh salad, baba ganoush all are worth getting. The super falafel plate is one of my favs and the chicken shawarma is also always good. Garlic sauce is a must- sometimes they wanna charge you for the sauce which seems silly but most times it's cool. Check it out!

I would recommend this place..awesome service..great food, and nice atmosphere to sit with friends and family. Take out is offered as well..Special on Wednesdays for Souvlaki..I would definitely go back. ????????
