Mcdonald's - Burlington

Only worth visiting after 7pm; I'm not sure when the shift change is, but they make too many errors before then. fries are very inconsistent, too; 2 regular fries, but one is over salted and the other has no salt.

AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU AT THIS LOCATION!!LONG WAITS THEY GIVE THE WRONG ORDER MORE OFTEN THAN NOT!!I guess they put the trainee’s on the drivetru window, because they realize that drivethru customers typically wont come back and complain if they get the wrong order, since they won’t realize it until they are at home.In three visits to this location, they have given me the wrong order all three times.After this latest, i wont be returning to this location again, and i will be calling to complain to the manager.

Whoever was the order taker at 1:45 on December 8th she was very very rude. I was trying to order with her being nice and explaining what I want and the was getting attitude from her about it and then to top it off on my sandwich I said no mustard and she said no cheese on it and when I told her the mistake (before it was made) she ripped my receipt out of my hand and went to the kitchen and told them the mistake and was saying some not so nice things about me that I could here and then rudely handed me my food. I don’t know what the big deal was I wasn’t being rude and I wasn’t making a big deal about it but I won’t be coming back to this one with this attitude
