Pizza Hut - Burlington

This is the worst place to order from! I ordered at 5:55 a.m. and I'm just leaving the store that the manager refused to talk to me because she was busy and they were supported as managers to manage you and there. Apparently not able to plan the right amount of staff to handle a busy Saturday night. This is not the first time I had a problem, it is the 3rd and I will not go back. I wait inside for 1 pizza for over 25 minutes when the other half of my order was given to me before....so what does that mean? Now the one apologise pizza I had to wait 25 plus minutes, the only thing is slightly warm....and the other things are freezing until I came home.... the manager wouldn't even return my card and her attitude and straight not customer service was something I would have fired my staff!

Awesome place with great customer service. Even if you do have to wait on the order the people working there will let you know how soon your order will be ready. All around a great place to visit.

I had the worst experience at this pizza place. My cheese sticks were overcooked along with the other items in my order. Despite specifically asking them not to overcook my cheese sticks when I called, I decided to give them another chance, but I was disappointed once again. On top of that, the waiting times are terrible, and the customer service is rude. My advice is to stay away from this pizza joint!

My experience was awful. I ordered a pizza online at 7:45 and scheduled a pickup time. When I arrived at 7:50, they had misplaced my pizza. I don't understand how a large two-topping pizza could go missing. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to cook my pizza at home. To top it off, they didn't even cut the pizza for me. This seems to be the new normal, I guess.

This restaurant has been around for quite a while, and they have the best sauce I've ever tasted. Their original crust is just right, and the supreme pizza is my favorite!
