Went out to dinner here when visiting friends in the area. The place was busy (Friday night) but we were seated quickly and our food was served within 10 minutes of placing the order. Friendly staff and very good food. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful gem of a restaurant in burkesville. clean restaurant with very good American Mexican food . there is a huge menu with many combos and specials . large guac. free homemade chips that are not too fat or salty that come with a delicious mild salsa. my family loved to see the large saltwater fish tank that was immaculately clean and carefully planned with a sortiment of colorful fish, sea anonemes and coral. back to eat, my mil ordered a garnel dish and saved that the garnels were plentiful and a good size. “She doesn’t sneak on the shrimps!” my 3-year-old loved his burrito with rice and drilling from the children’s menu. we didn't get any alcohol, but there was alcohol. Choose a great dinner when they are in or around burkesville!

A small taste of mexiko right in the southern center of kentucky! the new restaurant is really great, definitiw an upgrade! eating as always is amazing and the personal is friendly. dear el rey!

The food was nicely prepared, portions were average for a Mexican restaurant and staff was friendly. Price was very reasonable. The food tasted fine, no complaints there at all except it was not very Mexican We lived in Central America 7 years, been to Mexico several times, lived in southern Arizona and eaten in many Mexican restaurants all over the USA. There was nothing wrong with the food or service. And we'll go there again to try other meals. But if you want authentic Mexican food, so far I'd have to say you might not find it here. I'll update this review after eating there again.

As good as it gets in Burkesville. Authentic Mexican fare, with a great bar and awesome margaritas.
