I'm not sure what Drew Byrd is referring to, but it seems like there's a lot more to this story that he's not mentioning. The staff here is incredible, and the yogurt is absolutely delicious!
The establishment is consistently clean, and the frozen yogurt is quite good. The service is satisfactory, though it lacks a personal touch and friendliness. Overall, it's decent.
