Domino's Pizza - Burke

We haven't ordered from Dominoes in decades, but we had an opportunity today. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed, service, and taste of the pizza pies. The ingredients tasted amazing, and I started to change my mind about ordering from Dominoes. Service was fast, the pies were baked quickly. We were only there waiting for 15-20 minutes from ordering to leaving. Well done Dominoes!

I had ordered a pizza and wings online for delivery, they delivered the wrong order, I tried to call but the phone had a busy tone (lasted untill the GM got there the next day), so I had to drive it back to the store, and wanted a refund due to the fact, was denied a refund and was told to talk to the GM so I went back the next day to talk to the general manager about the situation and he refused me a refund also and told me there was nothing he could do yelling from the back there is nothing can do for you because I have alot of pizzas to make!

I live in burke and i’ve been to this dominos and i’ve been to the one on burke lake road. i can tell u right now that this one is soo much better. the pizza/desserts/cheesy breads etc are always so delicious. i don’t know what they do to it differently compared to the location on burke lake road, but i devour my food in such a way that brings me such joy. i swear i’m not a bot or npc thingy typing this. i will always get food from this location. i could just cry man.

Seriously the worse Dominos I’ve dealt with. Constantly make mistakes on order and burn pizza. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance, 1.5 hours and the pizza still hasn’t even been made. When I called, it would still be another 40 minutes for delivery. When asked to come pick it up, I was told no. I can cancel the order but can’t come pick it up. What a joke!

Pizza was poorly cut and the dough was very thin even though we ordered our regular pizza. Also when we paid almost 12 dollars for chicken wings and they gave us the smallest drum. Only good thing was the coke. Bye
