Chick-fil-a - Burbank

I was in the area and decided to pick up some Chick-fil-A to take home. The employees here really live up to their reputation of being very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and there wasn't much of a wait when I visited in the afternoon. My favorite item has to be the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, but the chicken nuggets are also delicious. They don't taste overly fried, so you don't feel greasy after eating them.

Since Chick-fil-A opened at this location, it has been extremely popular. I usually order using their mobile app, then park in one of the spots designated for curbside pickup. The process is smooth and efficient. The only downside is that parking can be challenging during peak hours, despite the addition of more spots behind the building. I recently went before 10am and had no trouble parking, but I know it can be difficult around lunch and dinner times. The staff is friendly, the food is consistently good, and I will continue to frequent this location as long as I remain in the area. I recommend ordering ahead and avoiding peak hours to ensure a pleasant experience.

As always, good food and good service. However, the parking lot is always packed. While I am waiting for my food, both cars next to me are enjoying their food that got delivered to them right there, not a bad thing but a reason why the lot does not move as much as it should.

I had a fantastic experience at Chick-Fil-A. The service was incredibly quick, with my food arriving at the table in just 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though it was my first time at this particular location, I will definitely be returning in the future.

Friendly staff. Great service. No indoor dining but they still have limited outdoor seating. Ordered for a large group and everything was ready ahead of time and with no errors on the order. They also gave us a hand written thank you card for our order! This branch is recommended! Only downside is the small parking area which is usually full.
