I guess because of COVID, all the restaurants could be careless about how the food tastes. Pay the price for bad food, never again.
No complaints here! We often visit Franklin and decided to stop for lunch. The restaurant was clean! We had seafood plates with fish, shrimp devil crabs. Food wasn't fat. The roasted Okra was also perfectly cooked!! Would stop when in town.
Captain D has been here for a long time, but only for a few years in Franklin. Every order I received from here was hot, fresh and good. Mostly, all menu items are fried. If you are looking for non-fried products, they have a selection of barbecue facilities. You have a better choice of side articles than most places in the fast food world. I enjoy her Coleslaw, which in southern style is many Mayo, fresh and crisp. There grilled selection is good my wife enjoys the grilled salmon and grilled shrimps. The price for a meal is right at the point for my family. They even offer larger family dishes that can feed my hungry mob. The employee is on the move to make your presence one of the best in Franklin, NC. Your menu offers monthly new choices. My wife loves the rubber bears and lobster rolls again when they are offered. You have some desert options, but I didn't try any of them as I'm just too full after dinner here. I can't repay Captain D, but get a lot of napkins because some of the fried stuff can be a little fat. I'm not sure they have an app, but I have pre-ordered on their website.
Cashier had a terrible attitude, always told me that I ordered the food wrong, I had to explain to her how to give me a chicken stripe flour with one side of fried shrimps after she had always told me that it was impossible to order. The food was cold when I was there. Worst experience this day.
Delicious but the hours listed online do not match the hours listed at the store. Showing up over an hour after they closed expecting to get something to eat tends to ruin plans.
