Sonic Drive-in - Bulverde

I have great memories of Spring Branch Sonic location from the time I lived in this area. We are living in TN and my husband and I are visiting family in SA. We stopped getting a snack and some Strawberry Limeades, both were made fresh and delicious! Thanks for consistently good customer service and food. It's great to see you again. Keep the good work, Spring Branch Sonic!

Ordered 4 tender meals. The tenders were over cooked. When we arrived home we found KYS written on the inside of all the boxes. Pretty disturbing that the staff would leave such a distasteful and harmful acronym for people to find. I have pictures to post, however there is no option to. The food was a bit overcooked. The tater tots were dry, and the onion rings as well. The cheddar poppers were just fine though because the cheese prevented them from drying out. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I think the cook just left them in a little too long. Also, this location doesn’t accept payment through the app. Parking: Parking is how you dine-in at all Sonic locations. Kid-friendliness: It’s a fun place to choose a refreshing beverage or milkshake. Picking out your choice would be fun for any kids. They just can't seem to catch a break. This is the 3rd time it's just been horrible but this sure takes the cake. My kids got milkshakes. One was so clumpy it can't be drank. One had an actual worm in the cherry. Ordered a Cherry limeade too it tastes like Dawn dish soap. Ordered some tots they're extremely over cooked. Just don't think we can justify going back anymore.

Took forever with my milkshake and then to top it off a fly was in it!
